September 28, 2004

Dear Mr. Littleton

I personally want to thank you for your assistance in providing services to Sarasota County in the clean up of Storm debris that was left as a result of Hurricane Francis. Your staff was exceptionally qualified and dedicated to helping us completed our mission of debris removal in a safe and timely manner

Even though I would not want to have to go through this type of clean up again, I certainly would not hesitate to employ your services if needed in the future.

With regards,

Lois E. Rose

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

On october 3, 2002, the City of Eunice was struck by Hurricane Lili with the eye passing directly over our city with wind gusts of 100 miles per hour. The city had not been faced with such a catastrophic disaster since Hurricane Audrey in 1957.

The city quickly realized that we had neither the equipment or manpower to handle such a monumental task. We entered into a contract with Littleton Storm Services of Virginia, IL with some trepidation, as we were quickly hearing horror stories about some of the services provided in other cities.

We, as a city, were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service provided by Littleton during the cleanup process. They had high quality equipment, and everyone of their personnel conducted themselves in a professional manner, working seven days per week when necessary to complete the job. They not only removed Storm related debris but almost anything else homeowners placed at curbside.

We applaud them for their professional services and would highly recommend them to any agency requiring such services

Sincerely

Don Sattler
Debris Cleanup Coordinator
